The villa:

is built and decorated in the rustic style with features of a country home typical of this area.
Each room has a fantastic view of the crystal clear sea shimmering in all shades of green, blue and turquoise.
The house comprises three levels:

Two separately accessible sleeping towers, one of which has a private roof terrace.

The ground floor harbours the generously sized main rooms: 1 dining room, 2 living rooms, a guest bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The roof terrace in front of the dining room beckons you to enjoy your breakfast with a panoramic view of the African coastline. The lounge/ dining area is designed as one open space. The large fireplace next to the picture window makes for a very cosy atmosphere on a cool evening.

A stairway leads down to the lower part of the building with a shady patio, two en-suite bedrooms and the pool area.

All 5 bathrooms are en-suite, and 4 of them have an open view onto the sea. The patio bedroom is particularly suitable as a children's or Au pair room.

The garden:

The villa stands on a large plot of about 2000 m ² and is surrounded by a well kept, mature Mediterranean garden.
 The shady patio has a separate, beautifully planted chillout area.

A small trail edged by tall palm trees, olive and lemon trees, oleanders and flowers leads to the pool area which has terraces on two levels, a lawn sheltered from winds, and direct access to the beach.

A new sun terrace was built only recently where you can lay in the sun after a refreshing dip in the pool. From here you can almost reach out and touch the sandy beach.

Imagine a warm summer evening, a cool glass of your favourite aperitif in your hand, and a gentle sea breeze laden with the enticing odour of fresh fish being grilled on the pool-side barbecue.

Let yourself be captivated every night by the sight of the sun sinking into the horizon at Cape Trafalgar, and a myriad of stars reflecting on the surface of the calm ocean.
